In December 2012, after a long-term process, the new premises of the pharmaceutical company Astellas at the Bio Science Park in Leiden has been taken into use. An innovative and responsible profitable sustainable building. Vepa’s Step 5 workstations are a perfect fit for this building.

The 11,200 m² building and 5,500 m² laboratory were designed by Amsterdam architecture agency UNStudio. Procore housing and facility management and NL Real Estate supported Astellas Pharma in the building process.
