Water supply company Vitens has refurbished its office in Zwolle and taken it into use as their new head office. Vitens provides water for approximately 5.5 million people in the Dutch provinces Utrecht, Gelderland, Overijssel, Flevoland and Friesland.

Vitens’ new head office has been designed by studio Groen+Schild, and Vepa has, for a large part, been responsible for new office furniture. This new design facilitates the New Way of Working; open workplaces are combined with silent workplaces. Some the desks are height adjustable and cabinets not only serve as storage space but also as a separation of different areas (without detracting from the openness of the interior).

Vepa has provided VPAX and Cocoon tables for workspaces, conference rooms and consultation areas.

The renovation of Vitens’ head office has been carried out in phases, meaning the furniture had to be delivered in different stages as well. Everything was delivered on time thanks to a proactive attitude, effective collaboration and detailed delivery schedule.
