Purchasing Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our Vepa UK Ltd offices near Telford for a full-time Purchasing Administrator.

About you
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated administrator who is computer literate, quick to learn, friendly and polite with a good phone manner. Previous experience in a purchasing administration role is not necessary as full training on our system will be provided in the UK and Holland. Diligence, good administration skills and a desire to make things happen are especially relevant to this role.

The role involves:

  • Methodical analysis of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) information and subsequent raising of purchase orders
  • Liaison with suppliers on all purchasing related issues to ensure delivery requirements are met
  • Co-ordinating the collection of orders placed with both Uk and European suppliers
  • Maintenance of accurate product records

Salary range:

  • £24,000 – £26,000 pa
