Job Description:

We are looking for a high calibre, talented, motivated and well connected A&D Manager with a proven successful track record in promoting commercial & sustainable interior furniture to the Architect and Design community.

Role objective:

As A&D Manager you will be at the forefront of our relationships with architects, interior designers and key stakeholders in the North. Your primary objective will be telling the Vepa stories about innovation, sustainability, co-creation and future developments to drive specification and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to creating awareness of the Vepa brand in the UK market
  • Continued development & partnership with existing customers as well as proactively approaching and securing new business opportunities
  • Inviting both current & new partners to our showrooms and factories (UK and Netherlands) to convey our sustainable vision. Our motto is Seeing is believing
  • Networking and organizing events together with the Vepa marketing team
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies and market demands to drive innovation, Inform on new product development, and refine marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the wider Vepa sales colleagues with professionalism and integrity on projects
  • Supporting the wider sales team by communicating proactively and effectively to ensure we are in the best position to win and secure project opportunities
  • Be able to host lunch and learns, presentations and other brand networking awareness and promotion events
  • Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Computer literate
  • Complete administration & information requests in line with company policy
  • Be the entrepreneurial lead for your region, working in a highly motivated, proactive & professional manner to your specific target base

The ideal Candidate:

  • Be a team player who is also capable of working and developing opportunities on an individual level, placing Vepa in the best position to win and secure business
  • A natural networker, at ease with building relationships at all levels and identifying decision makers and key stakeholders across the sales channels
  • A driven sales professional who can grow the existing account base and be confident working on new and exciting design led projects
  • Be confident and have a proven track record in promoting solutions on design & sustainability capabilities over and above price
