Isala Hospital

Isala built the most beautiful hospital of the Netherlands in Zwolle. The approach of the architects was to design a ‘get-well-soon’ environment, instead of a hospital.

Vepa supplied over 1200 Take 4 workstations and Edge basic workbenches in combination with 670 metal sliding door cabinets, nearly 1000 Cosmo chairs and 700 Cosmo Moood chairs. Fiero bar stools and Esprit S65 for the different meeting places in the hospital were also supplied.

The interior of the architecture is based on the exterior of the complex. From the ceiling to the floor: the design and colour scheme are part of the organic design. Everything breathes an open, natural atmosphere. Our furniture is perfectly in line with the design of the Isala Hospital; sustainability is one of our focal points.
