Provincial government building Zeeland

The provincial government building of Zeeland in Middelburg is housed in De Librije, a medieval abbey, which underwent a large-scale renovation in 2018. The result of this renovation is a varied work environment with a circular design. The atmosphere of the beautiful historic buildings has been retained.

Each floor has its own colour scheme, based on the colours used in the corporate identity of the povince of Zeeland. The chosen colours refer to elements in the Zeeland landscape such as dunes, basalt blocks and glasswort.
