Regular Collection

Just as sustainable, circular and unique

Since 01-01-2020 Plastic Whale by Vepa has been expanded with a Regular Collection.
Furniture from the Regular Collection is just as sustainable, circular and unique as furniture from the Signature Collection.
As with the Signature Collection, all products in the Regular Collection are made from recycled PET bottles.
And Plastic Whale’s mission for plastic-free land and water is supported with the purchase of one of these products.

Regular Collection

The demand for sustainable furniture is growing. Organisations are increasingly environmentally aware and want to do something in the field of sustainability. That is why we have launched a Plastic Whale by Vepa Regular collection.

This furniture is just as sustainable, circular and unique, but at the same time more accessible for the office and project furniture market. The Vepa Felt-chair is the first product in this collection.

Our Felt Relax, Felt Fine and Felt High charis are also part of the collection.

PET bottles as raw material

Just like the furniture in the Signature Collection, all furniture in the Regular line is made from recycled PET bottles. However, the PET bottles for this collection come from the waste disposal companies and are not actually fished out of the canals. Nevertheless, the recycling process from PET bottle to furniture is the same. Plastic Whale’s initiatives are also supported by the purchase of one of the pieces of furniture.

Felt is often used in sustainable and circular projects.
And for a good reason, since the chair is not only eco-friendly, it’s also comfortable.
In the projects below, one or more versions of Felt were used for the circular design.
