Saxion University of Applied Sciences has four locations in the east of the Netherlands.
For the Humanity and Society Academy at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede, Vepa, among others, has redesigned the Open Transparant Stimulating Work Environments; Meeting spaces for students where individual or project-based work can be carried out, with a pleasant atmosphere. These spaces are situated between classrooms and employee rooms, making them excellent meeting places. In addition, employee workspaces and consultation rooms have also been redesigned.
Vepa won the tender for the ABR&R (Board, Law & Space) Academy and the HBS (Hospitality Business School) in the Dutch town of Deventer.
The layout of the different workshops is based on The New Way of Working. The rooms have a flexible and multifunctional design thanks to the use of movable/mobile furniture. The flexible spaces can be used to share knowledge, work in small groups, meet, use for self-study and to teach. The same furniture can be used to create smaller or open spaces.
Saxion han an important (strategic) condition, namely the creation of a private area. Students and staff have their own place where they feel at home.
Vepa supplied Pit chairs, Pit bar stools, lounge furniture Moi, VPAX tables, a Step sit/stand conference table, Patch workstations, Meet tables, folding tables, standing table T60, Fado chairs, Units train benches, poufs and Fado tables.
